Winter
Ugh. It's offically winter.
I used to like winter when I lived in the Midwest (more like Midnowhere, but I digress) because it would snow and I was little and snow still seemed magical to me. Now, I live in a place where snow is nonexistant and it's still freezing. I hate cold. When people say, "Oh, you should be used to the cold" I disagree. You can never be used to cold. It will always feel cold. To the people who say this, I say, "That is complete BS!!!"
Anyway, back on topic. What ever it was. I don't remember because it's been about an hour or so since I left after that first paragraph and came back home so...yeah. Complete loss here. I'm going to go and do my homework then.
See ya'll (hopefully) soon!

Black Friday 2010
Hey!
If you were sent from this video, then HI! Welcome! Hope you enjoy your stay!
Today I want to talk about Black Friday, which was yesterday.
I went to two malls and a seperate department store yesterday morning from three a.m. to about seven a.m. I noticed some really interesting differences at each store.
The first mall was a huge mall. It originally opened at 12:01 a.m. so people could wait inside the mall for stores to open. We got there at three a.m. full of energy. By full of energy I mean caffiene fueled energy. Anyway, we walked around and I realized how calm it was. Then we got to the Best Buy and saw a huge line to get in. It was around six by then, and we had to leave to the next mall. The line was rushing to get in when we left.
The second mall was about thirty minutes away from the first one. We walked into Belk and saw a huge crowd around two tables of boots. Turns out, there were $20 boots there. The craziness was insane! Then we walked around and found that other stores weren't as crazy. It made me wonder where all the craziness went. Then I remembered the Best Buy and was strangely relieved. It was about nine then, so we left to our final store.
The last store was Kohl's. We were searching for $10 kitchen appliences. We didn't get exactly what we wanted, but I did get the awesome blanket over my head in the video mentioned above for only $9!
It was a great Black Friday, although it got me thinking. All that calmness made me wonder where the craziness had gone. Is all the fuss about the economy affecting a family tradition? Or was my family just too late and missed it all?
I'll see you guys later!

NaNoWriMo Fail and IMPORTANT PSA
Hey people!
I was going to make a vlog about this, but.... It's not an excuse! I was very busy! Very, very, very busy! Sorry.
Here is what I wanted to say in that vlog.
1. NaNoWriMo Fail
I'm not going to make the goal of 50,000 words. I (hopefully) will make my personal goal of 10,000 words by November 30th. Hopefully. Yay.
2. IMPORTANT PSA
This is a very important public service announcement so those who are multitasking right now and watching youtube like I am, STOP.
Background story time! I'm Chinese and yes, I can speak fluent Mandarin. Whenever one of my friends happens to figure this out, they over react over this fact. Since this has happened to me so many times, I call it the Language Freak Out.
This is where the other freaks out and flails and almost screams and says, "OMG YOU CAN SPEAK CHINESE? CAN YOU SAY MY NAME? OR WRITE IT? OR JUST SAY SOMETHING AWESOME? JUST SAY SOMETHING!!! PLEASE?????" (this looked better in video form. darn laziness...I mean busy-ness)
For those who are like me and had this happen to them numerous times, then you know just how annoying this is.
For those who are the people who tend to freak out over someone's foreign language fluentness, (quoting wilsontech1 on youtube) SSSSSSSSSTOP IT!
That's all folks, have a good weekend!
